We recommend supplying your artwork as a high resolution PDF with layers intact and fonts embedded
Using professional software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign will enable you to export PDFs. But if you are using Microsoft Word or Publisher you can download PrimoPDF to convert your design to a PDF.

Your Leaflets will be printed Full Colour using our Lithographic press so all colours on in your Leaflet artwork need to be converted to CMYK (any embedded images should also be in CMYK)

Keep text as text avoid flattening your layers so your text remains text in the exported PDF. By doing this when we print from your PDF your text will look sharp. If you flatten your text layers the text on your Leaflets can look blurry/pixelated.

If you are using bitmap images or logos in your artwork try to keep these at a high resolution. If possible keep the resolution at or above 300dpi to avoid pixelly images

Please don't use overprint options when preparing your artwork. If you are using Adobe Illustrator you can check for overprinted elements by clicking "Window > Flattener Preview" If you use overprinting elements they may be missing when printed.

Try not to make your colours too light - CMYK colour values should be kept above 9% for each colour value

If you are using big areas of black in your business card artwork eg. a black background - we recommend setting your black as C 30%, Y 0%, M 0%, K 100% instead of just K 100%
